Could someone tell me what the pfUH_EN.prc file does and if it need to be installed ? Cant remember it being there in "S"

And if I understood correctly by translating the Russian website, credits for this new English help-file deserves to the user named "borka", so - thank you very much borka!!! much appreciated :)

And of course, an eternal thanks goes to 'PalmFiction' that keeps updating this great project despite (because?) having too-demanding users like myself...;)
